We do not offer returns or cancellations on custom or ready-made products. Before production, we confirm your design, size, colour, to ensure everything is correct. If your order arrives damaged or has a production, printing, or quality issue caused by us, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, moisture, or normal wear and tear see our care tips under Guide.
