Venture Creations operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience for canvas art, neon signage, and 3D commercial signage (the "Services"). Venture Creations is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

Section 1 — Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

Section 2 — Our Products

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products in our online store, including canvas art, neon signage, and 3D commercial signage. Please note that colours, finishes, and scale may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device and display settings, and that neon and LED products in particular can vary slightly in tone between units.

We do not warrant that the appearance of any product purchased by you will be identical to the depiction or render shown in our online store.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities offered to any person or region.

Venture Creations sells both to individual customers and to businesses, including bulk and commercial signage orders. Nothing in these Terms restricts a purchase to personal or household use.

Section 3 — Orders and Custom Work

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Venture Creations reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Venture Creations confirms acceptance, and we must receive and process payment (or the applicable deposit) before an order is accepted.

Custom and made-to-order products

Many of our neon, 3D signage, and select canvas products are custom-made to your specifications. For these orders:

• A deposit, calculated based on your specific requirements, is payable before production design begins.

• Once your design is finalised and the deposit has been paid, the order is confirmed and the cancellation window closes. No cancellation, change, or refund is available after this point, as materials are cut and production begins based on your specifications.

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving your final design carefully before paying the deposit, as this approval is treated as your final sign-off.

Design ownership and intellectual property

If you supply artwork, a logo, text, or any other design element for a custom order, you represent and warrant that you own or hold all necessary rights to that material. Venture Creations bears no responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement contained in a design you submit — responsibility for the design content rests solely with you, the customer. You agree to indemnify Venture Creations against any claim arising from a design you provided.

Order changes and cancellations (non-custom items)

Orders for standard, non-custom stock items may be cancelled or amended only before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Refund Policy.

Section 4 — Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation.

We accept payment by bank transfer, popular mobile wallets (including JazzCash and Easypaisa), and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability by region and order type. Custom orders require the applicable design deposit via bank transfer or mobile wallet; COD is not available for deposit payments.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information, and you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that charges incurred will be honoured.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Once your design is finalised (for custom items) or your order is confirmed (for stock items), we aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes a further 4–6 business days depending on your location and courier availability. Please note that canvas art and 3D/neon signage differ significantly in manufacturing time and handling requirements, so actual timelines vary by product type, and all timelines are estimates rather than guarantees.

Venture Creations currently ships within Pakistan only. International shipping is not presently available.

Venture Creations is responsible for loss or damage occurring in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is lost by the courier, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or resolution at no additional cost to you, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Section 6 — Warranty

We offer a limited warranty of 6 months from the date of delivery, covering:

• Defects in electronic components (including LED modules, transformers, and power supplies) arising from normal use; and

• Damage occurring in transit, as set out in Section 5.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation by the customer or a third party not engaged by us, exposure beyond the product's rated indoor/outdoor use, or normal wear and tear. Outside of this limited warranty, and except as expressly stated on a product page, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without further warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 7 — Installation and Indoor/Outdoor Use

At checkout, you will be asked to select whether your signage is intended for indoor or outdoor use; the product is manufactured and rated accordingly, and using it outside its selected rating may void the warranty in Section 6.

For larger 3D signage, we recommend professional installation carried out by our team. You are welcome to arrange your own installation instead. Where installation is carried out by you or a third party you engage, Venture Creations is not liable for any damage to the product, your property, or any injury arising from that installation.

Where Venture Creations carries out installation, this is provided as a separate service and may be subject to a separate site assessment, quote, and terms provided at the time of booking.

Section 8 — Content and Photography

Venture Creations may photograph or film completed custom orders for use in our portfolio, marketing, website, and social media (including Instagram and TikTok). By placing a custom order, you grant us permission to use images of your completed product for these purposes.

If you would prefer your order not be used in this way, you may opt out at any time by contacting us at the email address in Section 24, and we will exclude your order from future use and remove it from active promotional material on request.

Section 9 — Refunds

Once an order is confirmed and any applicable deposit has been paid, the order is final and no refund is available, except where required by our Refund Policy in cases of transit damage or loss as described in Section 5, or a defect covered by the warranty in Section 6.

Your purchases are otherwise subject to our Refund Policy.

Section 10 — Intellectual Property

Our Services, including all trademarks, brand assets, text, displays, images, graphics, product photography, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement of the Services, are owned by Venture Creations, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial reference only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of the Services may be a violation of applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Venture Creations.

Venture Creations's name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Venture Creations. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, and marks on the Services belong to their respective owners.

Section 11 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

You may be given access to third-party tools as part of the Services, which we do not control or monitor. We provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we have no liability arising from your use of them.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and accessing such sites is at your own risk. Complaints about third-party products or services should be directed to that third party.

Section 12 — Relationship with Shopify

Venture Creations is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales made through our store are made directly with Venture Creations. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and Venture Creations, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from a purchased product. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Venture Creations.

Section 13 — Privacy

Your personal information is confidential. We do not share it with any third party or unconcerned personnel, except: (i) as necessary to fulfil your order (for example, with our courier partner), (ii) as disclosed in Section 8 regarding portfolio and marketing use of product photography, or (iii) as required by law.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services. Review our Privacy Policy for full details.

Section 14 — Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use. We are under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, compensate you for it, or respond to it.

You represent that you own or have the rights to any Feedback you submit, and that it will not be unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

Section 15 — Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to change, update, or cancel orders based on inaccurate information, without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Section 16 — Prohibited Uses

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe our intellectual property or that of others; harass, abuse, or harm any person; transmit false or misleading information; send spam or unsolicited promotional material; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in conduct that restricts or harms others' use of the Services or exposes Venture Creations or Shopify to liability.

You also agree not to: upload viruses or malicious code; reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Services without permission; collect or track the personal information of others; or interfere with, bypass, or circumvent the security or access controls of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for a violation of these Terms.

Section 17 — AI Agents and Automated Access

Venture Creations permits access to the Services by AI agents and other automated tools acting on your behalf (for example, an agent placing an order for you). You remain fully responsible for any action taken by an agent you use, deploy, or authorise, including the accuracy of any order it places and any resulting charges, exactly as if you had taken that action yourself.

We may, at our discretion, limit or restrict how automated tools or agents access or interact with the Services, including through technical measures.

Section 18 — Termination

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and at any time, without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Warranty, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy, and any other provision that by its nature should survive.

Section 19 — Disclaimer of Warranties

The information presented on the Services is made available for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information, and reliance on it is at your own risk.

Except as expressly stated by Venture Creations, including the limited warranty in Section 6, the Services and products offered through the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without representation, warranty, or condition of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so the above may not apply to you in full.

Section 20 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Venture Creations, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors, and those of Shopify and its affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost savings, arising from your use of the Services or any product procured through the Services, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not affect our obligations under the limited warranty in Section 6 or our responsibility for transit loss or damage under Section 5.

Section 21 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Venture Creations, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; (3) your access to and use of the Services; or (4) any design, artwork, or content you submit for a custom order, as described in Section 3.

Section 22 — Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.

These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Venture Creations regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

Section 23 — Assignment and Governing Law

You may not delegate, transfer, or assign these Terms or your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent; any such attempt is void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations at any time without notice to you.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You and Venture Creations submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab, for any dispute arising from these Terms.
